Privacy policy

This pilot collects recruiting intake information for driver and owner-operator opportunities. P1 is intentionally scoped to avoid SSN and other sensitive DQF evidence until the PII and compliance gate is completed.

What P1 collects

• Driver contact details, lane preferences, CDL class, and experience summary.
• Employment-history entries needed to prepare later DQF review.
• Uploaded document files in validated categories when storage is enabled later.
• Recruiter-assisted phone intake attestations when a recruiter keys the application.

What P1 does not do

• No production Supabase writes are enabled by default.
• No email is sent by the review-link flow in this foundation build.
• No automated approval or rejection decisions are made by the application.

Official records

Official driver qualification records, signature packets, and recruiter attestation records are generated in English. Support UI may later be localized, but official records stay English.
